La Propina is the story of two friends who went travelling in Mexico.
Passionate about hospitality, they wandered from city to city, trying dozens of restaurants in search of inspiration and generosity. Yet at the end of every meal, an unpleasant surprise awaited them:

and the service failed to live up to its promise.
That frustration soon turned into motivation to change things.
They dreamed of symbolically reclaiming all the money they had left behind and envisioned creating their own place: a restaurant where service is instinctive, and every gesture and detail is filled with intention.
Because true service is more than the dish itself - it is the emotion you offer with it. An emotion so sincere and so memorable that guests are left with a single desire: to return, with a genuine wish to give back what they once felt.
